Sarah Pohl, MA is a project manager at Wonderwerk. Before this, she worked at Microsoft with a focus on New Work, productivity, collaboration and implementation management in public and private organisations. At Wonderwerk, she works (with a strong methodological focus on design thinking) on projects involving digitalisation, innovation and New Work. Sarah graduated from the University of St. Gallen with a double master’s degree in business innovation and international management with a focus on innovation management in public organisations.


Sarah spends her spare time with her friends and family, preferably outdoors or playing music. She also seeks balance through sport, preferably CrossFit, jogging and (depending on the season) swimming and hiking or skiing. Since Sarah grew up in Canada and her family still lives in Ottawa, she feels very connected to Canada and spends as much time there as possible.
