Wonderwerk supported the New Work initiative which aimed to respond to the challenges arising from a changing workplace. As part of the initiative, the Fund\u2019s employees developed a common understanding of New Work practices. Having recognised the profound changes taking place in the workplace, we developed and proposed measures that will foster good employee relationships and introduce new ways of working.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
