Isabella Gady is Wonderwerk’s Chief Experience and People’s Officer. Her focus is on helping individuals and organizations surpass their potential and explore new opportunities for growth. With the help of an ever-expanding toolkit and the development of the Organizational Design department, she advises and assists our clients in the interaction between corporate culture, strategy, and the development of executives and employees.

Internally, she works with colleagues on new formats for developing the potential of our team. With years of international experience, she also drives growth at different locations.

Isabella Gady lived and worked in New York, where she advised the United Nations, the New York City government, UNDP, UN Women, ideo.org on strategic innovation and organizational design, among others. She is a certified coach, taught at Parsons School of Design, and conducted research on new forms of democratic participation and public sector innovation.

Isabella Gady enjoys life by reading, practicing Yoga Nidra, spending time in nature, or rocking with her young daughter. She loves bringing people together, such as through dinner parties. Additionally, she collects children’s books and tweets at @isabellagady.
