Wonderwerk supports the public sector in becoming more innovative, digital, and agile.
Wonderwerk supports the Deutsche Bundesbank with several innovation projects and design thinking initiatives.
The Deutsche Bundesbank is the independent central bank of the Federal Republic of Germany. Its core business area is Eurosystem monetary policy. It is also responsible for the financial and monetary system, banking supervision, payment systems, and cash management.
Wonderwerk helped the Vienna Social Fund (FSW) with its New Work initiative.
The Vienna Social Fund ensures that Vienna’s residents get the support they need. With about 2,000 employees, it is a leading organisation in the Austrian healthcare and social sector. Its services include assistance for the disabled, for the homeless and for refugees, debt counselling, nursing, and care services.
Wonderwerk accompanied Wiener Netze, Austria’s largest gas and electricity network operator, in a comprehensive change programme.
Wiener Netze, wholly owned by the City of Vienna, supplies over two million customers throughout the Austrian capital, parts of Lower Austria and Burgenland with electricity, gas, district heating, and telecommunications.
Wonderwerk supported the Percy Hobart Fellowship, developed by PUBLIC for the Royal Navy and Royal Air Force.
We ran participatory workshops on change management. More than 40 officials, officers and NCOs learned how to build coalitions of change, use empathy to deal with resistance and communicate effectively in times of change.
