Wonderwerk helped the sales department of Energie AG with its change management process.
Energie AG is a regional energy supply and infrastructure company providing electricity, gas, heat, water, waste management, and ICT services to more than 450,000 customers.


A successful strategy process was carried out together to determine the needs, challenges, and objectives of the tirol kliniken, and to actively involve all relevant stakeholders. The process lasted just over a year and included interviews, workshops, and other collaborative formats. The results show that, in collaboration with the tirol kliniken, areas of action were defined, goals were derived, and concrete measures were established to improve medical care in the region, enhance competitiveness, and position themselves as an attractive employer.
Wonderwerk has accompanied the tirol kliniken in an extensive strategy process. The tirol kliniken are the largest and most diverse healthcare operation in Western Austria. Within a timeframe of just under a year, numerous interviews, workshops, and collaborative strategy formats were implemented. The strategy aims to improve medical care in the region, enhance competitiveness, and position itself as an attractive employer.


Wonderwerk supported Merkur Versicherung AG in creating a corporate and leadership culture characterized by agility, strong implementation skills, and personal responsibility. Merkur Versicherung AG is the oldest insurance company in Austria and insures people’s lives, health, and assets. The core competency is in the area of health care. In Austria, around 1,000 employees work for Merkur Versicherung.


Wonderwerk supports the Deutsche Bundesbank with several innovation projects and design thinking initiatives.
The Deutsche Bundesbank is the independent central bank of the Federal Republic of Germany. Its core business area is Eurosystem monetary policy. It is also responsible for the financial and monetary system, banking supervision, payment systems, and cash management.


Wonderwerk accompanied Wiener Netze, Austria’s largest gas and electricity network operator, in a comprehensive change programme.
Wiener Netze, wholly owned by the City of Vienna, supplies over two million customers throughout the Austrian capital, parts of Lower Austria and Burgenland with electricity, gas, district heating, and telecommunications.


Wonderwerk helped the Vienna Social Fund (FSW) with its New Work initiative.
The Vienna Social Fund ensures that Vienna’s residents get the support they need. With about 2,000 employees, it is a leading organisation in the Austrian healthcare and social sector. Its services include assistance for the disabled, for the homeless and for refugees, debt counselling, nursing, and care services.
